Bako Western run under regulation by the FCA as a mutual society, with everyone of our customers being a shareholder, our customers are our business. Bako Western has been running as a true co-operative since it was established in 1961. Our customers have access to a wide range of quality products, as well as our outstanding customer service team, and drivers who will visit on a set day delivery with our multi temp vehicles. You will receive a call from our dedicated customer service team every week at a time that suits you, or you can choose to place orders via our web shop.
Due to our co-operative status, we provide an annual rebate to our shareholders should any business and payment terms required are met. We also offer early payment discount, for shareholders able to accept shorter payment terms. Our storage and distribution is performed at our purpose built site in Devon, which is BRC accredited (grade AA). Therefore, you can be sure that the highest safety, quality, and sanitary standards are in everything we do.
